Pinoy Komiks Anthology – Co-Editor
In 2005, before graduating with a BA in Linguistics from CSU Fresno, Zon worked with Neil Cohn to explore comics as a visual language with the help of CSU Fresno State’s Linguistic Department. That same year, he received a full scholarship to attend CSU Fresno’s Summer Arts program to study the craft of making comics under Scott McCloud and Jessica Abel. In 2011, after graduating with a MS in Business Entertainment from Full Sail University, he moved to South Korea to teach and explore the South Korean comics scene. During 2013 he co-edited two anthology projects alongside Erik Thurman and Adam Pasion. Zon’s life-long aspiration is to help promote comics as an art-form and to help anyone who is interested in making comics succeed in their goals.
